A very good comic about a police department that handles cases related to people with superhuman powers. It has flair of noir detective stories. At first I didn't like the art, but I got used to it and now I cant imagine the comic be with a different drawing style. 7/10
Another case of a creator-owned playground (readers of Avatar Press's Ennis & Moore titles are already familiar with the phenomenon). Didn't appeal to me but any fan of Bendis will probably love this one.
